Memberships T&C

  • Members must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 12 months.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the membership. Treatments must be booked and attended by the registered member.
  • Membership fees are collected monthly on the same date as the original subscription. Membership benefits and treatments cannot be redeemed until the first monthly payment has been successfully received.
  • All treatments included within the membership must be used within the 12-month membership period. Any unused treatments will expire at the end of the membership term and cannot be carried forward.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for unused treatments or missed appointments.
  • Any treatments or services not included within the membership will be charged at the standard published rates.
  • If a membership payment remains outstanding for more than 10 days after the due date, the membership may be suspended or cancelled at our discretion.
  • Where a member has redeemed any treatment, service, or benefit under the membership and subsequently cancels their Direct Debit, fails to make a scheduled membership payment, or otherwise defaults on their membership before completing the minimum 12-month term, Alpha Hospital Group reserves the right to invoice and charge the member the full standard retail value of any treatments, services, or benefits already redeemed, less any membership payments received.
  • We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Client information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised personnel.
