Fertility
Consultations

Your initial consultation provides the opportunity to meet with one of our experienced consultants to discuss your medical history, reproductive health, pregnancy goals and any concerns you may have. We take the time to understand your individual circumstances before recommending the most appropriate investigations or treatment plan.

Our Fertility Investigations

  • Fertility Blood Tests
  • AMH (Ovarian Reserve) Testing
  • Hormone Blood Tests
  • Semen Analysis
  • Fertility Monitoring Scans (Follicle Tracking)
  • Pelvic Ultrasound Scans
  • HyCoSy (Tubal Patency Test)
  • Early Pregnancy Scans
  • NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing)

Where appropriate, we also offer early pregnancy ultrasound scans, including reassurance and viability assessments, as well as Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) for those wishing to access advanced prenatal screening following conception.

Following your assessment, your consultant will explain your results in detail and develop a personalised care plan designed to support your individual goals, with clear recommendations and ongoing guidance at every stage.

Ongoing
Support

We recognise that trying to conceive can be both physically and emotionally challenging. Our dedicated team is committed to providing continuity of care throughout your journey, ensuring you have access to expert advice, timely investigations and clear communication from your first appointment onwards.

Alongside your medical care, we are pleased to offer specialist fertility counselling with Hannah Rochford-Lapiso, providing a safe, confidential space for individuals and couples to explore the emotional aspects of fertility investigations, treatment, pregnancy loss and the challenges that can arise throughout the journey to parenthood.

Our support extends beyond conception. We continue to care for patients requiring ultrasound monitoring, early pregnancy scans, NIPT, recurrent miscarriage support, reproductive hormone assessment, perimenopause and early menopause management where these conditions may influence reproductive health.

At Alpha Hospital Group, our aim is to provide expert, consultant-led care within a welcoming and supportive environment, helping you feel informed, reassured and confident throughout every stage of your reproductive and early pregnancy journey.

Her approach creates space to explore the complex mix of emotions that can accompany fertility challenges and treatment — the uncertainty alongside hope. Clients are encouraged to reflect on their experience and what the fertility process means to them, at their own pace.

As a BICA-qualified fertility counsellor, Hannah supports individuals and couples through the different stages of treatment. She is here to listen and to support each person in a way that feels right for them.
